Traffic

Traffic shows where widget and Public API conversations originate when geographic collection is enabled.

Open Project > Analytics > Traffic.

Requirements

Traffic uses the project’s geographic precision setting:

Setting	Traffic view
Off	Empty state; no geographic data is collected
Country	Country distribution
City	Country and city distribution

Traffic applies to browser and API conversations where Knoku can derive location at session start.

Slack and Discord do not carry end-user geography. Those requests come from Knoku’s bot infrastructure, not from the person asking in the workspace.
