Notion

Notion sync indexes pages shared with your Notion internal integration.

Use it for team runbooks, product notes, support playbooks, and internal knowledge that has not been published as docs.

Connect Notion

  1. Create a Notion internal integration  and copy the integration secret.
  2. Open Project -> Settings -> Integrations -> Notion.
  3. Paste the integration secret and connect.
  4. Share the pages or databases you want Knoku to read with that integration in Notion.
  5. Open the Notion source on Project -> Sources and set sync filters (pages, databases, updated-after rules).
  6. Save the filter to start indexing.

Connected pages appear in Documents after the first sync.

Visibility

Notion pages default to Internal. Use the In widget toggle on the source row only after reviewing the content and citation URL.

If a Notion page has a public URL and is safe for visitors, enable widget exposure. Otherwise keep it internal for team/support use.

Sync behavior

Use Re-index after changing filters or when you need a fresh pull. Background sync keeps matched pages current.

Plan

Notion is a Business source.
