Confluence sync indexes Confluence Cloud pages that match your sync filters.
Use it for internal runbooks, team wikis, release notes, troubleshooting guides, and support knowledge.
Connect Confluence
- Open Project -> Settings -> Integrations -> Confluence.
- Complete the Atlassian OAuth flow.
- Open the Confluence source on Project -> Sources and set sync filters (spaces, pages, updated-after rules).
- Save the filter to start indexing.
Synced pages appear in Documents with source type confluence_page.
Visibility
Confluence pages default to Internal. Use the In widget toggle only when a page is safe for visitor-facing answers and the citation link is usable by the reader.
Sync behavior
Use Re-index after changing filters. Background sync refreshes matched pages about every six hours.
